Ping Pong has unveiled a two month long seasonal menu to celebrate Chinese New Year – the Year of the Snake – inspired by the unique fusion cuisine of Macau. A Special Administrative Region of China just 40 miles from Hong Kong, Macau is famous for its cuisine which reflects its multicultural history and cosmopolitan way of life.  Devised by Macau chef, David Wong, in association with Ping Pong’s chefs, the specials menu will be available at all Ping Pong restaurants from 5th February until 8th April 2013.
