This November, the city of Palm Springs will see the official launch of its revamped “Downtown”, following a revitalisation project that has taken more than a decade in planning. The multimillion dollar development has already seen a number of restaurants, retailers and hotels open, with the eagerly anticipated opening of the new boutique hotel Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel still to come in October.
