Head chef Jacob Jan Boerma, owner of restaurant ‘De Leest’, awarded 3 Michelin stars, spreads his wings to the Dutch capital with a new concept. At the beginning of 2016, Boerma will open a restaurant in the completely renovated NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky. The Michelin chef will also be responsible for the creation of menus for several gastronomic outlets in the hotel, including the new Grand Café Krasnapolsky, which will open the beginning of 2015.
